主要用于鱼类的批量加工，符合卫生要求，易清洁。清洗机清理卫生非常方便，鱼类去鳞机可设定转速时间，对鱼体伤害小，开片机可根据客户要求搭配两枚开片或三枚开片，双层传送带可将原料和成品单独分离，具有自动化程度高、高效、易清洁等特点，非常利于工厂产品的批量化生产。

Product Description:

We can provide a complete and intelligent automated assembly line solution for fish processing factories. The assembly line mainly consists of a primary washing machine, fish descaling machine, auxiliary operation platform, slicing machine, double-layer conveyor fish processing line, finished product washing machine, secondary trimming station, and other equipment. It is primarily used for batch processing of fish, meeting hygiene requirements and easy to clean.

The washing machine facilitates convenient cleaning and hygiene, while the descaling machine can be set for speed and time, minimizing damage to the fish body. The slicing machine can be configured with either two or three blades according to customer requirements. The double-layer conveyor separates raw materials and finished products, featuring high automation, efficiency, and easy cleaning. This setup greatly facilitates the batch production of factory products.
